Privacy Policy

FR Cuidados de Saúde, LDA is the entity responsible for the apps covered by this Privacy Policy.

ByronSystemDeveloper is a technology and software development department/brand that provides IT and app development services for FR Cuidados de Saúde, LDA.

FR Cuidados de Saúde, LDA, through ByronSystemDeveloper, built and maintains the following applications and related apps published under the same developer account:

These applications are provided free of charge and are intended for use “as is”.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and what choices users have when using our apps.

1. Data Collection and Usage

Our apps may collect limited, pseudonymous, aggregated, or technical data needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the apps. This may include:

  • Device language and country/region settings
  • Device model, operating system, app version, and technical diagnostics
  • App usage information, such as app opens, screen views, session duration, feature interactions, and general engagement events
  • Approximate location derived from IP address, where provided by third-party analytics or advertising services
  • Advertising identifiers or app instance identifiers, where applicable
  • In-app purchase events, such as product ID, purchase status, and price, where purchases are available

This information is used for:

  • App analytics and performance improvements
  • Understanding which features are used and improving the user experience
  • App functionality, purchase validation, and unlocking paid features
  • Bug diagnostics, security, and fraud prevention
  • Displaying ads and measuring ad performance, where ads are shown

Some test answers and results may be processed locally on the user’s device in order to calculate and display the result of a test. Some apps may also store local history on the device if that feature is available.

We do not send individual test answers, raw scores, result categories, or health/mental-health assessment results to Firebase Analytics.

We do not link analytics data to a user’s name, email address, phone number, or other directly identifying information.

2. Firebase Analytics

Some apps use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app usage and improve app performance.

Firebase Analytics may collect pseudonymous app usage data such as app opens, screen views, session duration, app interactions, device model, operating system, app version, approximate location derived from IP address, in-app purchase events, and app instance identifiers.

Firebase Analytics is used for internal analytics and product improvement. We do not use Firebase Analytics events to send individual test answers, health assessment results, or mental-health result categories.

We do not use Firebase Analytics events for advertising personalization or remarketing.

3. Third-Party Services

Our applications may use third-party services and SDKs that collect limited data for functionality, analytics, advertising, purchases, diagnostics, or security purposes.

These third-party providers may process data according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal terms.

4. Advertising

Some apps display advertising to support development and maintenance.

Ads may be provided through Google AdMob. Depending on the user’s region, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

AdMob and related advertising services may collect or use information such as advertising identifiers, app interactions, ad impressions, ad clicks, device information, approximate location, and other data needed to display ads, prevent fraud, and measure ad performance.

Where required, users may be shown privacy or consent options for advertising. Users may also manage advertising preferences through their device settings or through privacy options made available inside the app, where applicable.

5. In-App Purchases

Some apps may offer in-app purchases, such as removing ads or unlocking additional content.

Payments are processed by the relevant app store provider, such as Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not receive or store full payment card details.

The app may receive limited purchase information, such as product ID, purchase status, transaction status, and purchase entitlement, in order to unlock purchased features, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and provide support.

6. App Data and Google API Access (Play Games Services / OAuth)

Our game Territory may integrate with Google Play Games Services to allow leaderboard access and player statistics.

Data Accessed

If the user chooses to sign in with Google Play Games, the app may access:

  • Player ID
  • Nickname
  • Profile image, if available

Data Usage

This information is used only to display player progress, rankings, achievements, and related game features.

Data Sharing

No Google user data is sold. The information is used only for the app features requested by the user and for the services provided by Google Play Games.

Data Storage & Protection

Google Play Games data is managed by Google’s infrastructure. The app does not store or replicate this data on external servers controlled by us.

Data Retention & Deletion

Users can request deletion of data associated with our apps by contacting us at byronsystemdeveloper@gmail.com.

If the app does not use Google sign-in, no Google Play Games profile data is collected by that app.

7. Log Data and Diagnostics

In case of an app error, some technical information may be collected automatically by the app, the operating system, app store services, Firebase services if enabled, or other third-party SDKs.

This may include:

  • Device model and operating system version
  • App version
  • Time and date of the error
  • Crash logs or diagnostic information
  • Technical information related to app performance and stability

This data is used only to identify, diagnose, and fix technical problems, improve stability, and protect the app from misuse or fraud.

8. Local Data

Some information may be stored locally on the user’s device, such as app preferences, language settings, purchase status, ad settings, test history, or other app functionality data.

Local data can usually be removed by clearing the app data, deleting local history inside the app where available, or uninstalling the app.

9. Security

We apply commercially reasonable measures to protect user data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Links to Other Sites

Our apps may contain links to external websites, such as App Store pages, Play Store pages, reference material, support pages, or third-party services.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of external websites or services.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our applications are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the apps, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Analytics and advertising data may be retained by third-party providers according to their own retention policies.

Users may request deletion of data associated with our apps by contacting us at byronsystemdeveloper@gmail.com. Because most analytics data is pseudonymous or aggregated, we may not always be able to identify a specific user’s analytics records without additional information.

13. International Data Processing

Third-party providers such as Google, Firebase, AdMob, Apple, and Google Play may process data on servers located in different countries. These providers are responsible for processing data according to their privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Last Updated: June 11, 2026
