Last updated: June 12, 2026
FR Cuidados de Saúde, Lda ("we", "our", or "us"), through its Byron System Developer department, built AdMob Copilot as a dashboard and analysis tool for Google AdMob publishers. This Privacy Policy explains what information AdMob Copilot collects, how it is used, how it is protected, and how users can request deletion.
By using AdMob Copilot, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not connect your Google account or use the service.
1. Information We Collect
AdMob Copilot may collect and process the following information:
- Google OAuth authorization tokens, including refresh tokens, after you grant permission.
- AdMob account data available through the Google AdMob API, such as AdMob accounts, apps, ad units, report dimensions, report metrics, impressions, clicks, estimated earnings, eCPM, countries, platforms, ad formats, and date ranges.
- App usage information, such as selected report ranges, dashboard filters, connection status, and cache metadata.
- Technical information needed to run and secure the service, such as server logs, request timestamps, error logs, device/browser type, operating system, and IP address.
- Advertising-related data if ads are enabled in the app, such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, ad impressions, clicks, and consent choices, depending on Google AdMob settings and applicable law.
- Optional AI analysis context if you choose to use the AI analysis feature.
AdMob Copilot does not request permission to edit, create, or delete data in your AdMob account.
2. Google API Services User Data
AdMob Copilot uses Google OAuth and the Google AdMob API to access your AdMob data only after you grant permission. The requested scopes are:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admob.readonly- used to read AdMob accounts, apps, and ad units.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admob.report- used to generate AdMob performance reports.
How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to provide user-facing AdMob Copilot features, including:
- Showing your AdMob accounts, apps, and ad units.
- Generating dashboard summaries and performance reports.
- Displaying trends, alerts, countries, formats, and ad unit performance.
- Creating optional analysis based on your AdMob performance data.
How Google user data is shared
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with advertisers or data brokers. Google user data may be processed by service providers only as necessary to operate AdMob Copilot, such as hosting infrastructure, database storage, logging, and the optional AI provider described below.
Google API Services User Data Policy
AdMob Copilot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. OAuth Tokens and Account Connection
When you connect Google, AdMob Copilot receives OAuth tokens from Google. These tokens are used to request AdMob data on your behalf. Tokens are stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM on the backend and are not exposed to the Flutter app.
You can disconnect Google from inside AdMob Copilot. Disconnecting removes the stored Google OAuth token for your session and clears cached report data associated with that session.
4. Report Cache and Local/Server Storage
To improve performance and reduce repeated API calls, AdMob Copilot may cache AdMob API responses and generated report summaries. Cached reports are used for app functionality only and are not sold or used for advertising.
Cache entries may include report metrics and AdMob inventory data. They can be cleared from the app where this functionality is available, when you disconnect Google, or by contacting us with a deletion request.
5. Optional AI Analysis
AdMob Copilot may include an optional AI analysis feature. If you choose to request AI analysis, a reduced context based on your AdMob report data may be sent to the configured AI provider, such as OpenAI, to generate the requested analysis.
OAuth tokens, client secrets, credentials, and publisher IDs are not intentionally sent in the AI analysis context. Do not use the AI analysis feature if you do not want report context processed by an external AI provider.
The AI provider processes data according to its own terms and privacy practices. You can review OpenAI's privacy information at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
6. Third-Party Services
AdMob Copilot may rely on third-party services to operate:
- Google Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob API
- Google AdMob advertising, if ads are enabled in the app
- Google API Services User Data Policy
- OpenAI Privacy Policy, if the optional AI analysis feature is enabled and used
7. Advertising
AdMob Copilot may display ads through Google AdMob to support development and maintenance. Google AdMob may collect and process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location, ad impressions, ad clicks, and app interaction data to deliver, measure, and improve ads.
Depending on your location and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required, users may be shown consent controls before personalized advertising is used.
AdMob Copilot does not use Google API data from your connected AdMob account, such as your AdMob reports, earnings, apps, or ad units, to serve ads, personalize ads, sell advertising audiences, or build advertising profiles.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide AdMob Copilot, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
- OAuth tokens are retained until you disconnect Google or request deletion.
- Cached reports are retained as needed for performance and app functionality, and may be deleted when you disconnect Google or request deletion.
- Technical logs may be retained for security, debugging, and service reliability.
To request deletion of data associated with your use of AdMob Copilot, contact us at byronsystemdeveloper@gmail.com. Please include the Google account email used to connect AdMob Copilot so we can identify the relevant data.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including encrypted token storage and HTTPS for production deployments. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
10. Children's Privacy
AdMob Copilot is intended for AdMob publishers and business users. It is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
